      In principle, it could be possible. I assume you’re thinking about a space-time worm hole. However, this is not as easy as it might seem in Sci-fi. Even though you can produce the equations of a space-time in which there is a worm hole, that is a way to travel between two regions of space taking some kind of highly curved shortcut, these solutions are not stable. This means the worm hole will start closing itself as soon as it is created, so that it’s impossible to cross it.
      In order to have a usable worm hole, one needs to find a way to stabilize it. For instance some weird kind of matter could do the trick.
